At The Sarah House we are responsible for providing opportunities for social, recreational, and educational, activities for our residents. We believe that activity helps to improve and maintain physical well being and good mental health.
Some of the activities that The Sarah House provides are:
- Physical Activities - Simple exercise involving movement, flexibility and isometrics.
- Skill Activities - Such as Gardening, Painting or game skills like chess, bridge and much more.
- Intellectual Activities - Book Club, Lectures, Television documentaries, life skills activities and life enrichment programs.
- Community Activities - maintain existing ties to the community, and create new connections within the community.
